4. Bookings and Appointments

• Scheduling: Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability.

• Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no reduction in fees.
• Format: Sessions may be conducted in-person (at our Delhi location) or online (via video call). The format will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

5. Payments and Fees

• Fees: Service fees are clearly communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update our fees with reasonable notice.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other methods as communicated. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Advance Payment: Some services may require advance payment or a deposit to confirm your booking.
• Taxes: Applicable taxes (GST) will be added to fees as required by Indian law.
• Payment Security: We use secure payment gateways to process transactions. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Client:
  • If you cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
  • If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your session, you will receive a 50% refund or credit.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, or fail to attend, no refund will be provided.
• Cancellation by Provider: If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at your convenience or provide a full refund.
• No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is forfeited.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
