Certainly, not everyone needs third-party help. But sometimes, issues can spiral out of hand, making it essential to talk to someone. If that person is equipped with the right skills to provide guidance, you can always take advantage of that opportunity—before it becomes too late.
Frankly, if you have issues like anger, phobia, or anxiety, people may already be aware of them. As psychotherapists, we ensure that all sessions remain completely private, and not a single word discussed leaves the room—unless there is a life-threatening concern. Protecting your privacy is our top priority.
We believe that alongside every issue, a solution exists. Often, we focus only on the problem, until someone helps us see the solution as well. Of course, there are no guarantees—but unless we try, how will we ever know?
Hypnotherapy, or hypnosis, is as safe as breathing. You remain in full control, and your mind is always aware of what is happening. Through hypnosis, the critical mind is gently bypassed, allowing underlying issues and solutions to become clearer. The only aftereffects of hypnosis are a deep sense of calm, greater peace, and enhanced mental clarity.
Unless the issue of non turning up is genuine, so the next session can be booked on the same charge or as an exception charges can be revesed. However, all non turn up cases will be charged otherwise.
The number of sessions is not fixed for any particular issue. It varies from person to person, depending on their receptiveness and openness. Some individuals experience significant improvement after just one session, but occasionally, a relapse may occur after a few days. Our goal is to address the issue comprehensively and minimize the chances of relapse. That said, most people typically require only one session.
